Limited competition
Every project has a bid limit. When it is reached, bidding stops. You are never one of forty callers.

Get picked, get their number
When the homeowner picks your bid, you get their name, phone, and email directly. Homeowners sometimes pick two or three finalists to meet; only picked contractors ever get their info.
Getting verified
Sign up with your CCB or LCB (Oregon) or L&I (Washington) license number. We check it against the state registry, usually within a day. Then you set your trades and service area and the board is yours. Every bid you place shows homeowners a license-verified business, which is exactly why they are here. We started in Portland and work anywhere in Oregon and Washington: set your home base and service radius when you sign up, metro or not.
